Your prices are card prices. Customers who pay cash get a discount, so the cost of cards is covered by the customers who choose them.

One-time setup

The $500 one-time fee, per location, covers system configuration, full menu loading into your kiosk or POS, tablet setup, and a staff training session. For Greater Boston locations, on-site setup is included. Remote setup available anywhere.

Terms apply: 50% off the one-time setup fee ($250 instead of $500) per location, for Order Forms signed while the promotion lasts. Limited time — Thimi may end it at any time; Order Forms already signed keep the promotional price. Not valid for custom projects or equipment. Prices exclude Massachusetts sales tax.

You approve the quote and we start. Thimi POS and the kiosk go live in 3–5 days; custom projects get an update every week.
Pricing questions.
The setup fee is charged once per location and covers: (1) full system configuration for your business, (2) loading your complete menu into the kiosk or POS, (3) tablet setup and app installation, (4) a staff training session so your team knows how to use the Admin Panel and KDS. For Greater Boston locations, on-site setup visit is included. Remote setup available anywhere.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of any billing period, with no penalty. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days and the system hasn't gone live yet. After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the year. Optional Equipment Plans, if you rent hardware from us, have their own fixed term, stated in your Order Form.
With the Dual Pricing / Cash Discount Program, your processing cost is 0%: menu prices are card prices, customers paying cash get a discount, and the card price covers the processing cost, not you. Card payments run on Stripe in your own account, at Stripe’s standard rates plus a 0.5% Thimi fee, and Stripe deposits the money directly into your bank. Online menus may include a small adjustment built into each price — never a fee at checkout.
Each location has its own plan — $99/month for the Kiosk Combo or $149/month for the POS Combo — and its own $500 setup fee. Additional locations, devices and modules are quoted individually, so contact us to price 2 or more locations together.
